Yo, You ever had this one friend who lied about something that you would have never thought they'd lie about? Now "You" have been in numerous relationships after "you" told me this, where "you" have been sexually active....and I'm just not understanding how "you" are getting away with your life. SURELY someone would have KILLED "you" by now.

Which brings me to the subject of attention seekers.

Why do people lie about things to get attention. Things that they don't really want to be known for. Like ....the person above, or like women who lie about who their child's father is, or perhaps men who lie about who they've had sexual encounters with (sad......just sad), or even women who lie and deny who they've had sexual encounters with (fellas, You know i got you guys as well, i don't "Man-Hate")

With that being said. I wash my hands of you, and your dirty little secret (Oh yes, Pun intended) is safe with me. However if i do find out that "you're" infecting anyyyyyy one i know, I'm letting the cat out of the bag. I'm telling because, intentionally and knowingly spreading diseases of the sexually transmitted nature is Trifling and Disgusting...Not to mention that its also trifling (Oh, i said that already).

Its a shame when a 17 year old girl cant walk outside her house and go to a TEEN party without getting shot in her face.

Background INFO on what im talking about:
17 year Old Nyasia Pryear Yard was shot dead while attending a teen party in brooklyn at a nightclub called The elks Plaza.

Today i had a sit down with some underground artists and a couple of journalist from out of Atlanta. Me and one of the artists began a HEATED conversation on Black women and the image we portray in Hip Hop I have always agreed that black women don't have much of a positive image in hip hop, and i blame that on us for taking the roles that we take in the videos. Females cant blame the men for casting us as "bitches and Hoes" because those are roles that some CHOOSE to take, not ones that they MUST take. I'll save "Portrayal Of African American Women In Hip Hop" for another post.

ANYWAY one of the fellas who just recently moved to Atlanta from NY and I changed the conversation from the Image of Africa American Women in hip-hop to relationships and sex. I asked the gentleman "what attracts you to the opposite sex?" He replied I don't date BLACK women. I wasn't shocked nor was i angered, i was more interested in his Reason. He continues on to say "because black women don't have shit on Hispanic women, black girls are loud, ghetto, angry all the time, bald headed, etc etc etc. SO in my head I'm like maybe he forgot that he was speaking to a Black woman. Did he forget? Maybe he didn't notice, i get mistaken for a Dominican ALOT because i have long hair and fair skin (which is annoying because i quickly correct people "I AM BLACK"). Hmmmm I'm going to have to let him know.

So i tell this guy that I, Myself am black, he says..."Yeah i know ma - (I hate that word with a PASSION) - but your one whose actually pretty with some brains" im flattered, but still ready to defend all of the black women in America. He continues talking about how he wants kids by Spanish women because they "ain't bald headed" and don't have "nappy hair", they watch their kids, and know how to take care of their man, yadda, yadda, yadda, etc, etc, etc. I'M FUCKING OFFENDED. I want to down black men and diss Hispanic women, i want to just go on ranting about all of their flaws but I DIGRESS simply because I LOVE BLACK MEN and Hispanic women have never done anything to me and i actually have Spanish family members, friends, and loved ones. I don't want to stoop to his level of ignorance and self hatred. He's dissing his mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, aunts, and every female in his life because he himself is of the same race as me so they must be as well.

Then the other guys that came along chime in saying how they feel him, they agreed with the bastard. The only other young lady sat there quietly and shook her head in disgust - (after the luncheon i asked her why hadn't she said anything she said because she was so disgusted and she was on the verge of tears listening to them down black women, she also said that she would have been more defensive and angry than i was) - I'm sitting there still wondering if they forgot that Kerri and I were still in their presence, so i ask:

"Do you guys feel this way about ME as well? I'm a black female, My hairs NOT nappy, I have hair, I've taken care of my baby brother and sister as if they were mines, I take care of my boyfriends when i have one, I'm not loud or ghetto, i don't smoke, drink, nor do i do any kind of illegal drugs, i haven't had sex in an entire year and i don't have sex with men who I'm not dating, I'm not a whore, I'm not a gold digger, i have my own money, i have an education. I'm Not all the stuff that you guys say black women are, NOT ALL BLACK WOMEN are the same."

I had to let them know that they're stereotypes HURT and ANGERED me but without seeming like a punk, i had to maintain "G" status at all times.

WHENNNNNNN DID BLACK WOMEN GO OUT OF STYLE?
WHENNNNNN Did black men see it as OK to down us the way they do?
Wheeennnn Did the black man believe the stereotypes of black women and LEAVE US for another race?

Lets get this straight i have NO PROBLEM with interracial relationships and marriages, I happen to have a special place in my heart for Caucasian and Asian men my self. But i would NEVER put my black brothers down like that. I would never diss, or play them like that. ......SMH
